How to Enable ActiveX controls in Excel

In Excel click File > Options > Trust Center

Click Trust Center Settings

Select ActiveX Settings

Under ActiveX Settings for all Office Applications choose Prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions

Ensure Safe mode is checked
